Wow, I bounced off this one hard. I can see why it appeals to some, but unfortunately, I just don’t care about ~the miracle of fermentation~ as much as Sloan seems to want me to. There was something about the earnestness of the voice that simply didn’t reach me. It’s possible I’m also reacting to the audiobook narrator, who made some weird pronunciation choices: PRO-prioception, Cabri-low Street, Ala-may-da.
